Salient works with hospitals to create (or re-create), educate and implement their Code of Conduct. In addition to the benefit of multi-departmental involvement in crafting meaningful expectations for employees and physicians, hospitals will be required to enhance “disruptive and inappropriate behavior” language and accountability structures to meet Joint Commission accreditation standards in 2009. Salient works with the hospital designated multi-departmental team to:
