Salient is periodically asked to become involved more directly with the Medical Staff through Pulse-MD. The intricate and complex relationship between hospital and physician sometimes requires a trusted outside party.
Salient conducts confidential, personal interviews with designated physicians – particularly those that may be more inclined to keep their opinions to themselves – and provides hospital leadership with honest, objective, fresh and immediate feedback.
Some physicians, supporters and antagonists, are well known because they communicate with leaders on a regular basis. The real communication challenge, though, is The Reticent Physician®. This physician is far less known, which can be unsettling. Pulse-MD opens doors to relationships with physicians that, due to some known or unknown conflict, have been strained for a period of time.
